Tl the contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt equipped with cooper evolution tour tires, size: 195/60/r15 (na). While driving, the front passenger side tire flattened and the contact found a bubble near the rim of the tire. The tire manufacturer requested the contact bring the vehicle to an unknown cooper tire dealer. The dealer denied service, stated that the tire was not defective, and blamed the contact.
