Paint on leading hood edge bubbling on top of and beneath the hood. Gm certified auto technicians confirmed this is a result of moisture during the painting process and not due to damage inflicted while driving.

Paint on front bumper is bubbling. It will probably need to be repainted. My guess is the bumper was not primed properly before painting.

This is pertaining a chevy 2004 Colorado LS pick-up truck with black paint. I'm noticing the paint is blistering. This is not only happening on the hood, but also along the side panels. When the paint comes off, it is going to bare metal.
