: the contact stated while driving 15 mph, the left rear leaf assembly fractured without warning which caused the vehicle to crash into a barricade. No injuries were sustained. The vehicle sustained minor damage to the left rear quarter panel and passenger side door. The police were alerted and a report was taken.
