Two problems related to battery have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Express. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Positive battery bolt came out of battery causing leak and rendering battery useless. Sounds like a major factory defect. (not cable from bolt - but bolt out of battery).
Battery has been changed 3 times within the last year in a half. New batteries, that were replacements, were dying out as quickly as 2 days ago. Electrical juice drained after vehicle has been sitting a while. Problem hasn't been rectified .
