One problem related to front seat belt buckle assembly has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Express. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driver side seat belt receiver malfunction - while inserting belt locking tab, red release button popped out - tried to reinsert button, mechanism jammed trapping me in seat; until I could thread myself out of belts. Part ordered.
