Going up steep hills the trucks shudders very badly. This happens only at low speed and in 2nd and or 3 rd gear. This is very dangerous and could cause a accident. This happened after gm issued a recall letter to have the transmission reprogramed. It worked fine before. No gm will not allow the dealer to put the original programing back and transmission is shuddering really bad going up hills. Told to manually sift transmission going up hills. Which is stupid because it is a automatic transmission. Very unhappy about this. There was nothing wrong with this vehicle until gm issued a service letter. This will cause a accident . Because the truck shakes so badly. Gm told me they will not fix it or do anything for it. Spent 3 hours on the phone with gm and they basically told you are up a creek without a paddle and go luck. Truck still under warranty but gm will not fix it.
