Possible actuator issue. Myself, along with 3 other people, who has different models. Of the chevy Impala, have all experienced a constant clicking behind the passenger dashboard. It clicks nonstop even while the car is off. The only time it stops is when the air conditioning is on. It clicks while the car is parked and turned off.
