Tl the contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. The contact stated that the vehicle did not fully shift out of park. When making turns, left turns especially, the car hesitates and makes a grinding noise. It feels like it loses power, and will not move, which is very scary and dangerous in the middle of rush hour traffic in a busy city. Sometimes the stabilyzer and/or traction control lights come one during these episodes. This is the 3rd time I have had to have my car serviced for the exact same problem. I am a single divorced 55 year old woman, I do not have the time away from work or the money to continue to spend on repairs that I have no choice or control over. Please recall this problem. I have read hundreds of complaints about the same thing online when I researched my problem. Recall !!! or do we have to get killed before you the manufacturer does that?.
