While driving at 30 mph, the consumer heard a clanking and grinding sound coming from the brakes. The sounds could be heard when ever the brakes were depressed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed the consumer the rivets from the brakes shoes rusted off. The manufacturer was aware of the problem.
