One problem related to manual transmission has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Malibu. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Transmission is not shifting into overdrive. Driving on highway at 55-65 mph rmps are consistantly at 5000/rmps and will not shift. Also jerks when shifting at 30mph. Progessively getting worse.
