Vehicle has been dealer has been aware of problem, and vehicle has been at dealer's for repairs. The brake failed while trying to avoid not hitting a dear and vehicle involved in the accident, two people injured.

Failure Date: 11/01/1998

Serpentine belt has worn through 6 times since purchase. Was replaced first time 2 days after purchase. Dealer cannot find cause of belt having to be replaced so frequently.

3 Engine Belts And Pulleys problem

Consumer states heard a rattling noise coming from under the front end while driving. One day the timing chain broke, causing vehicle to stall. Consumer had repaired, but noise returned, and chain broke again in 60 days. Has replaced timing chain and gear components 4 times since vehicle purchase.
