: the contact stated while exiting the expressway at 25 mph the spare tire, which is held underneath vehicle by a supporting cable, dislodged and the spare tire rolled into the road causing vehicle to run over the tire. The manufacturer was contacted and determined that the vehicle was not under warranty therefore they would not provide service without cost.
