Two problems related to brake disc rotor have been reported for the 2001 Chevrolet S10. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact stated when the brakes were applied the vehicle jerked. When it was explained to the dealer what the vehicle was doing they stated the rotors were warped. A diagnostic test has not been performed to specifically determine the cause of the problem. Updated 11/16/2005 -.
While braking vehicle vibrated. Dealership mechanic determined that the problem pertained to front rotors that wore out prematurely. Dealership repaired the problem before, but the problem recurred.
