The contact owns a 2002 Chevrolet S10. While the vehicle was being repaired at an independent repair shop for routine maintenance she was informed that the frame was cracked. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where she was informed that the frame was cracked but they were unaware what caused it crack. The vehicle was not repaired.
