Side/window Air Bag Problems of Chevrolet S10

The contact owns a 1998 Chevrolet S10. The contact stated that the front passenger side airbag deployed while the vehicle was turned off. The passenger of the vehicle sustained third degree burns to the right arm. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. While driving the contact's vehicle was involved in a front end collision. Upon impact, driver's side air bags did not deploy. There had been no indicator lights on that warned the contact that the driver's side air bag was not working.

Front end of vehicle was embedded in the tree. Upon impact, drivers side airbag didn't deploy. Consumer has forty stitches on his face, and a cracked rib.

Consumer was traveling 40-45mph and was trying to avoid hitting a deer & ran off the road. Swiped driver's side on atree & couldn't gain control of vehicle & hit a telephone pole head-on. Upon impact, air bags didn't deploy. The adjusters found the passenger side airbag sensor was damaged.

Truck was involved in a crash. First truck t boned another vehicle while traveling about 45 mph. Then, truck went down into an embankment, and hit a concrete culvert.
