While stopped and with foot on brake steering becomes impossible. While leaving interstate and slowing on ramps, steering becomes stiff and increasingly harder to handle. Dealer replaced power steering pump and problem was fixed for approximatley 3-4 days. However problem is increasing as before pump was replaced.
