Mechanical Parking Brake problem #1

Owner had parked vehicle in driveway. Had pushed emergency pedal down & it fail to engage. Noticed vehicle had no emergency parking brake. The vehicle had rolled backwards. Took vehicle to dealer & informed rear seals had leaked on rear brakes. The front brakes were worn due to lack of rear brakes. Had to have front brakes & rear seals replaced.

Conventional Parking Brake problem #2

Whenever driving the vehicle there is a loud noise coming from the brakes and the pedal vibrates. Also, when applying the brakes the pedal goes straight to the floorboard. Sometimes the parking brake doesn't work. Consumer had the vehicle in the shop five times for repairs, and the dealer still doesn't know what the problem is. Since then dealer changed the brakes/ rear drums/front pads the rear shoes and back drums twice, and they still can't determine the problem.
