Two problems related to automatic transmission control module have been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving 65 mph vehicle stalled. The dealership repaired the pcm fuse once but the problem recurred.
When in overdrive gear at approximately 45 mph and going up a grade or tiny hill, vibration would occur, coming from drivetrain. Consumer could feel it through floor. Dealer reprogrammed pcm, but defect still occurred.
