Two problems related to wiper have been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The windshield wipers will not turn off at times, causing me to pull over and remove the fuse for w/s wipers. Afterwards, as I continue driving and it starts raining again or I get splashed by another driver, my visibility is greatly diminished to a point to where safety is of "grave" concern. It is getting to the point to where it is happening too much.
Windshield wipers will not work at times. When they do start working, they will not go off unless fuse is pulled. This is a serious safety issue. Recall should be done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
