Chevrolet Silverado owners have reported 2 problems related to front suspension stabilizer bar (under the suspension category). The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front suspension stabilizer bar link fell off on drivers side, passenger side would fall off if not checked and tightened to manufacturers torque specs. This is a 60k mile truck, never wrecked, dealer maintained, never off road, never abused, 70% highway miles, no suspension work ever done except shock replacement. Handling becomes unpredictable when one side comes loose, like on my truck.

I have a 2000 chevy Silverado 1500, about 4 months ago the problem started, when I am traveling at or above 40 mph the truck vibrates. You can feel this vibration thru the steering wheel and also when the 4 wheel drive is on and I turn the wheel to park the wheels seem as if they are resisting almost as if the whole wheel is just going to break this started last winter.
