I bought a 2007 silverado truck from a dealer with out the warranty,but were told later that if you do not buy the warranty we do not fix anything wrong with the truck. It had saftey issues like the license plate lights were not working,bad tire stem,wippers control not working all the time,and a bad real seal leak putting oil on the roads. When I told them about this they made no efferted to fix these saftey issuse,.
Bought this truck used had 54000 miles on it. Still had warranty left on it. At 71000 miles started using 1 to 2 qts of oil between changes. The dealer has done all changes on this truck every 3000 to 4000 miles. Asked them why it started using oil and they said they checked and could not find any leaks and didn't know why it was using oil. Have had to add 1 or 2 qts between changes every since the truck now has 107000 miles on it. Their are hundreds of reports of this problem on the internet. Need help in getting this repaired.
