1 Brake Hoses, Lines/piping, And Fittings problem

Failure Date: 09/22/2018

My brakes do not properly function in wet weather conditions. The brake petal becomes extremely stiff, as if there is air in the brake lines. This also results in a significant loss of stopping power. While jamming the brake pedal as hard as I can, the pads never make significant contact with the rotor. I have already damaged my bumper because of this. I was attempting to park during heavy rains. While pressing my break petal, I noticed the immediate loss of stopping power. I could not stop in time, colliding with the parking barrier pole. The loss of stopping power happens routinely during rain.
