The contact noticed oil spots on the driveway. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure was related to the customer satisfaction program: n192220080 (engine oil cooler lines detaching from crimp).
