The contact stated that the support straps failed and the tank fell out of the vehicle while driving 20 mph. The contact re-strapped the tank and had the vehicle towed. The tank was leaking and the fuel pump and fuel lines were damaged. The titan manufacturer offered a small discount towards the repair cost of over $3,000 since the fuel tank was out of warranty.
