Driver's side seat experienced excessive play in the tracks, which in turn, caused seat to rock in motion. Consumer has taken truck into dealer 9 times for the same problem. Rear bolts that held the tracks to seat frame fell out.
Driver's seat brackets were loosening from the anchor frame. This caused the seat to be loose/wobbly whenever making turns. Took to dealer & informed not a manufacturer's defect. The problem of the seat is steadily getting worse.
Seat frame failed twice.
Driver's side, second row seat does not hold any brand/style child safety seat. Dealer's service center has confirmed this problem, denies any defect.

The front seats were not centered correctly, they were positioned to the right of the center. Consumer was concerned if the air bags should deploy, the driver would not be protected. (the other vehicle is a Chevrolet tahoe 2002. VIN: 1gnek13zx2r241179).

Left side of driver's seat tilts back and forth which may cause driver to have an accident. Dealer says a runner on the bottom of seat needs to be replaced.
Problems with rear passenger seats on a 2003 z71 Suburban. The safety patrol was unable to properly put the child safety seat into the vehicle because of the way the latch system was designed. The consumer was concerned with the safety of her children. It was explained to the consumer that it was illegal to place a car seat in front of anything that pulls down, the rear center seat contained a drink holder/arm rest and the rear passenger seat only slid forward for access to the rear third seat.
