Front Seat Belt Retractor Problems of Chevrolet Venture

While driving/parking front middle seat belt retractor would not retract back. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.

Consumer states that the rear seat belt will not stay fasten after being lock ed.

Passenger's side seat belt does not work properly. Will not release from retractor to be used. Would get hung up in retractor mechanism.

Seat belts on the passenger and driver side second and last row will not pull out to allow a person to be buckled in. The dealer and manufacturer refuses to take responsibility for making the repairs. The most recent seatbelt to fail is a replacement seatbelt.

Rear seat has a comfort guide that is used with the seatbelt to keep seatbelt from hitting child across the face or neck. This comfort guide has a piece of velcro that if child turns left or right it comes loose, so there's no protection at that time. Consumer feels this is a safety concern because it should not release with a slight turn of a child.

When it rains it goes into vehicle where dome light and electronic computer were mounted on the ceiling which may cause an electrical short. Also, on middle rear seat both seatbelts jammed and would not lock in place, which wont protect child in event of a crash. Dealer replaced passenger's side seatbelt, and fixed driver's rear seatbelt. Finally, rear middle window pin kept falling, which allowed the windows to stay open. Dealer fixed the problem 3 times, but on the fourth time, they replace the whole unit. Please provide further information.

Middle row passenger side seat belts get stuck in a retracted position, making it impossible to pull them out for use. Dealer has replaced seatbelts 3 times, and problem still exists.
