The contact owns 2016 Chevrolet Volt. The contact stated that while driving a warning message stating "engine propulsion reduced" illuminated, upon this message illuminating the contact drove to a auto parts store. Where the contact proceeded to call the local dealer whom advised her to replace the fuse on her vehicle. The contact then purchased a new fuse, and proceeded to replace the faulty fuse. After 2 days the contact drove the vehicle to the local dealer the vehicle was diagnosed and the contact was informed that the egr valve continued to malfunction and that it would need to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
