Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 200 touring. The contact stated that while driving at 35 mph, and attempting to put the vehicle in cruise control, the vehicle started to jerk. The contact also complained of a rattling noise coming from the vehicle at that time. The contact stated that the failure had occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the clock spring had become inoperable and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 42,000. Wh.
