The contact owns a 2014 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start without warning. The vehicle was towed to the dealer's in-network repair facility (pro-tec automotive, 1902 blanding blvd, jacksonville, FL 32210) where it was diagnosed that the fuel was bad and needed to be emptied. In addition, a fuel injection service was required. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer stated that they would not be able to honor the warranty since the failure was due to bad fuel. The failure mileage was approximately 53,000.
