The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300c. While the vehicle parked, the contact was unable to shift from park to drive. The vehicle was taken to a local repair shop where the contact was informed that the gear shift needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000.
The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300c. The contact stated that the gear shift selector remained stuck in park. The dealer was notified of the failure but did not assist. The manufacturer was also informed of the failure and advised that the he would be reimbursed for any repairs. The shifter assembly was replaced by an authorized dealer. The current mileage was approximately 60,000 and the failure mileage was approximately 54,549.
