The vehicle was towed to the dealer who diagnosed that the transmission shifter was faulty and needed to be replace. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The 300c shifter was stuck in park and would not move. I left the car parked and later that evening, the shifter moved to other gears. This occurred several times, so I took it back to the dealer informing them of the occurrences. The service rep told me that was a problem that had been occurring with the 300c models.
