Body problems of the 1999 Chrysler LHS

Two problems related to body have been reported for the 1999 Chrysler LHS. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Body problem

Failure Date: 09/23/2010

While driving on the highway, the hood trim covering the cowl, blew off and nearly struck the vehicle behind.

2 Body problem

Failure Date: 09/12/2004

While driving at 50 mph plastic molding trim which was mounted on the hood flew off. As a result, the molding trim hit the windshield and caused a chip on driver's side window. While at the dealership, was sent to service manager and then to body shop. Was informed that molding broke off due to fatigue.
