1 Radiator problem

Failure Date: 03/05/2012

Upper radiator hose disconnected from radiator and spilled coolant out. This produced a lot of steam. We took the car to our local Chrysler dealer. Radiator was shot and during repair, mechanic stated that motor mounts were broken. All repairs were covered by an aftermarket extended warranty. In reading the NHTSA site, I note many complaints about the motor mounts. This is a dangerous defect and there should be a recall.

2 Radiator problem

Failure Date: 02/28/2009

The water hose became disconnected from the radiator on my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica , and the repair shop stated my motor mounts should be replace because the engine is not stationary which caused the problem. There is also knocking and popping noises when I break or turn corners. I took my car in to have the repairs done, but we can't find parts because too many other Chrysler owners need to complete the same type repairs. I contacted Chrysler corporation for possible recall, but the items or not listed. I purchase the extended warranty at the time of purchase, but nothing that goes wrong with the car is covered. Help! there are too many problems with the car.
