1 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 03/12/2014

The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that while driving approximately 25 mph, the engine stalled without warning. The vehicle restarted and resumed normally. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnosis where the technician stated that the rocker arms, pistons and engine lifters would need replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 111,000.

2 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 08/28/2006

No injury, death or collision. 2006 Pacifica engine stalled when making a downhill left. Just purchased 2 weeks ago with 13,000 mi.

3 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 06/16/2006

2006 Pacifica engine stalled while taking a left turn. Coasted to a stop. Restarted the engine without incident. This is the second time this has happened.

4 Engine Stall problem

Failure Date: 03/20/2006

Engine stalled on two separate occasions within a week while making a slow left hand turn with foot off the accelerator. It started again immediately and haven't had it happen in more than a month. Mileage on vehicle at the time was ~ 11,000.
