The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start after multiple attempts with several unknown warning lights illuminated. Roadside assistance was requested. The vehicle was jump started. The vehicle was previously repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 19v348000 (electrical system). The vehicle was taken to ganley Chrysler of aurora (161 w garfield rd, aurora, OH 44202) where the contact was informed that the main battery and the stop/start battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact was informed that the batteries were no longer covered under warranty. The failure mileage was 18,900.

2 Battery problem

Failure Date: 01/04/2019

Tl the contact owned a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. While driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle suddenly shut off. The vehicle was taken to autonation Chrysler (interstate 35, fort worth, TX) where it was diagnosed that the battery was faulty. The vehicle was not repaired and was returned to the dealer. The manufacturer was not notified. The VIN and failure mileage were not available.
