The car will not start. It was towed to the dealer 2 times from 2014 to April 2015. Once they replaced the battery and cables. It was fine for 6 months. The second time they told me that I would need to spend $1800 to replace the win module & the 2 key fobs. I refused. I then went to the car & it started right away. I called Chrysler customer service who told me that the recall part was not available. 4 weeks later the car will not start again. I have only the key fob-no ring with other keys etc. I have a van that does not work, is unreliable and now will not start at all. How am I supposed to get to work? by tow truck?.
