My toddler children and I were stranded because my van completely shut down. I left the vehicle running to run in and get my children from daycare, only to return to a vehicle that had no electricity. My children and I were stuck all evening, away from home, while the vehicle was check out and eventually towed. After being towed, not only once but twice, and being without a vehicle since 11/8/2019 we finally find out the problem is the pcm, which has been an issue with these vans. This is major inconvenience for my family. With this being a re-occurring issue with this vehicle, Chrysler should be taking care of this issue.
