Along with thousands of others, the blend door in my 2001 Chrysler town and country has failed resulting in visibility issues due to the windshield fogging up. This has posed a danger to myself and my children.

I was driving the van at normal highway speed when the rear left window burst and shattered into pieces all over the back seat and rear storage area. Police examined it and told me that it did not appear as if anything struck the window, but that sometimes van windows such as that one shatter because of pressure.
