I received a recall for my cars lower ball joints because of excessvie wear. My car started making noise in the front end. When I took it in they said it was upper ball joints. I wanted to make sure this was reported in case upper ball joints should be included in recall. It was also odd that a recall on lower ball joints comes out and my upper ball joints go out.
The upper control arm which is gone, and may cause a loss of vehicle control and result a crash. There is a recall for the lower control arm but not for the upper control arm although it deals with same problem. Please provide further information.
While driving front right ball joint snapped in half,causing tire to come off. Please give any further details.
