Automatic Transmission Park/neutral Start Switch problems of the 1999 Dodge Dakota

1 Automatic Transmission Park/neutral Start Switch problem

Failure Date: 08/20/2000

Vehicle was parked on a hill without parking brake on, car was running, consumer accidently hit gear shift, and consumer 's body was not all the way in truck when vehicle rolled backwards, trapping consumer between truck and door, and rear shoulder was ran over. Consumer stated there was no shift interlocking system.

2 Automatic Transmission Park/neutral Start Switch problem

A few minutes after vehicle was parked it jumped out of park into drive and rolled forward, causing damages to garage. Cause unknown. Please give any further details.
