Front Suspension Shock Absorber problems of the 2002 Dodge Dakota

Two problems related to front suspension shock absorber have been reported for the 2002 Dodge Dakota. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Front Suspension Shock Absorber problem

Failure Date: 03/04/2004

Both front shocks have to be replaced and the vehicle doesn't even have 29,000 miles on it. The left ball joint is shredded and all has to be replaced.

2 Front Suspension Shock Absorber problem

Consumer called complaining about having problems with the shock. Also stated that almost every 100 miles if the vehicle hit a pot hole or a bump on the pavement the vehicle loses control and consumer also stated that the vehicle has spinned on him twice. Dealer was contacted and stated that there is nothing they can do that is something wrong engine wise. Mr.
