If Dodge does not resolve this problem, and I or someone I am transporting is injured or killed in a accident based on the above mentioned vehicle malfunction, Dodge will be held accountable.

I own a 2005 Dodge Durango slt 5. 7 liter v8. I have approximately 43,100 miles on my vehicle. As of right now, everytme I fill up my car, the pump will click off and then gas will start spraying out of the gas tank. It has recently happened three times in a row without fail. It appears it's several cups of gas that sprays out. I have to make sure I am clear of the gas tank pipe or I will be covered in gas. I contacted Dodge with the issue and they informed me that my vehicle did not have any recalls. I did some research on my own and learned that there were two recalls for the same issue. I was advised to file a complaint to let someone know there are still more of these dangerous issues happening. Please help with this issue. It is very dangerous.
