While driving at 35 mph consumer's vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle while waiting at traffic light. This caused the seat mound to separate and driver collapsed in the rear seat. The bolts that held the seat broke in half on both sides. Driver was admitted to the hospital with back pains.

While driving 25 mph front driver's side seat collapsed backward. Consumer was able to maintain control of vehicle, and drove it to the dealer. Mechanic determined that front seat needed to be replaced , and the seat was on back order from the manufacturer.
While the consumer lifted up the seat and pulled the lever down his thumb became caught in metal bracket hinge.

Optional third seat does not have a latch system to secure seatback. Thus, leaving third seat unstable in an impact. Consumer felt it would cause harm to a child.
When the cargo area has items in it, and while driving and coming to a sudden stop, third rear seatback moves back and forth in which a child may sit on these third seat, and may be caught in between the seat and the seat back. This could cause injuries to the child. Common problem. Please provide further information.
Driver seat "rocks" back and forth and is getting worse. Dealer says it's normal.

Third row of seats, when applying the latch to get out of the vehicle, the third row of seats won't allow the door to open.
The driver seat collapsed while the consumer was driving. The consumer requested reimbursement.
Seat belt web is in close proximity to second row seat base latch mechanism for the outside seat and can drop down, interfering with the latch. Seat will pivot back to its normal position, but may not be properly latched. If this happens and vehicle wasto make a maneuver, such as hard braking, the second row outside seat can pivot forward and hit driver in back of head.
