Hood Problems of Dodge Grand Caravan

The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. While driving approximately 40 mph, the hood opened without warning and caused the windshield to shatter. The driver sustained cuts that did not require medical attention. The police was notified, but the contact was unsure if a police report was filed.
