Car Stall problems of the 2015 Dodge Journey

Vehicle keeps stalling out while driving in motion. . . Lights that have been on since I purchased the car from auto liquidators abs light, engine light and another light I don't know how to explain. Sometimes it restarts sometimes it doesn�t.

My wife's car has stalled several times while running in traffic at 55 mph and above. She easily could have been involved in a collision. Car has been to dealer 4 times for repair, but still has same problem. Car has under 60k miles.

The engine light continues to come back on and once that happens the vehicle will stall randomly at slower speeds. One stall was specifically turning a corner at slow speeds. Another stall occurred in parking lot maneuvers. I have googled this vehicle with this code and it is a very common problem.

When in motion going at variety speeds the car stalls mid movement and power steering stops. It has happened at stops as well as in motion.

The engine beauty cover may detach from the engine and come in contact with the catalytic converter. Safety risk: if the engine beauty cover remains in contact with the catalytic converter, underhood smoke and/or a fire may occur without warning. Remedy: the engine beauty cover must be modified and a mounting system must be installed. Recall status: recall incomplete. Remedy not yet available. When I called the dealer at 2:15 pm on October 12, 2015 to see why we were sold a vehicle under recall, the service manager told me "I don't know what you want me to say, it's nothing to lose sleep over. " in a condescending tone. He did not know how long it'd be before the dealer would send out notices or how long before the repair could be made.
