Three problems related to coolant leaking have been reported for the 1997 Dodge Neon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Head gaskets are leaking coolant onto engine. Dealer has been notified. Chrysler offered to pay half of the repairs.
Engine leaking oil/water mixture out through coolant bottle, average about 1 quart per engine run or 100 miles whichever is first.
Engine head gasket has blownout, leaking oil and coolant into engine. Vehicle has been repaired.
