Two problems related to air conditioner have been reported for the 1999 Dodge RAM. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states the blower motor failed 2 times and a new condenser was replaced. However there is no cold air coming out when engaged.
Consumer was traveling and heard a noise underneath the hood. Air conditioner was running, and when he went to turn the air conditioner off, noise stopped. Vehicle was running hot. He called dealership, and mechanic told him that part of compressor was on national back order.
