Consumer took vehicle to dealer to have hitch recall 00v-107 performed, dealer indicated that before this could be done there would be a charge for the removal of the custom exhaust so the hitch could be fixed consumer reluctantly agreed but feels she should not have paid for the removal of the exhaust. Nlm.

3 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 05/10/2000

Dealer refused to honor manufacturer's recalls notice concerning a sliding camper being attached to the vehicle. Seeking help from NHTSA on this matter.

4 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 05/01/2000

Took car in for recall 00v10700 repairs concerning trailer hitches and attachments, and dealer refused to correct recall.

5 Equipment problem

Consumer is not satisfied with recall (00v-107).
