Hazard Flashing Warning Light Unit problems of the 2006 Dodge Ram 1500

Turned on turn signal for a left hand turn and right signal started flashing then it flashed left and right then finally left. It has been doing this same thing for either direction you signal every so often . The hazard lights flash left and right alternately when activated once and awhile.

The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact stated that the turn signals and the hazard lights were inoperable. The dealer advised the contact that there were no recalls for the failure and to bring the vehicle in for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not inspected or repaired.
