While coming down a hill and turning a load, applied the brakes and the whole front end shook violently. Also, steering wheel vibrated right and left. Contacted dealer.
Whenever consumer is driving on wet or damp roads the brakes would lock-up if applied.
While driving at various speeds and applying the abs brakes, rear brakes do not catch, front brakes work only, vehicle continues to experience extended stopping distance before stopping fully. Taken to dealership again.
Dealership and Chrysler have acknowledged that this is a known fault and a technical service bulletin has been filed with NHTSA yet they refuse to resolve the problem citing that the vehicle has been modified with an aftermarket lift kit. I have been in contact with one other Dodge vehicle owner with the same problem. His name is richard hardy (714) 964-0483. He has also been denied warranty work. He, along with a local suspension shop have worked to identify the problem with the brakes and suspension. Unable to locate the problem, he submitted to Dodge's demoands of removing the lift kit ( this is a difficult 6 hour process). The problem still existed when the lift kit was removed. When the vehicle was returned to mr. Hardy after the warranty work was completed it still exhibits the same problem. As this is a known problem and existed prior to the installation of the lift kit, I have refused to remove my lift kit as it has no bearing on remedying the problem. I am appealing to you to help me resolve this issue.
Applied the abs brakes to come to a stop and the pedal went to the floor (no brakes), resulting in an accident. Please give more information.
When braking vehicle pulls to left or right, and it is very servere at times. Vehicle has been into repair shop over 14 times for pulling. The vehicle had defect, but the manufacturer was unwilling to rectify the problem. This vehicle was not safe to drive.

Brake system still not functioning correctly as of sept 12, 1999. In mediation with one dealership, waiting for reponse. Have been told by my mediator that this seems like a manufacturer's defect. In 2 dealerships 12 times for brakes. No one has fixed them properly yet. I've been told by mediator to find out if the newer models have the same problem. If not, what was done to correct problem. Can this be retrofitted to my vehicle. If nothing can be done to repair this vehicle I'm taking chrylser to court for a replacement. Please advise or comment.
While driving vehicle would pull to right when abs brakes were applied. Had brakes repaired and problem had continued. Had taken vehicle to dealership at least 15 times for problem, but had not been resolved. The would not slow vehicle down like it should. Complained to dealer and mechanic since bought it new. Les schwarb was referred by mechanic, but problem still exists.
